For a stress-free holiday with us, please note the following information and notes:
All deliveries and services from Malisport and the Mali Ski School, based on online orders via the Internet or other online services, or on-site sales, are subject to these terms and conditions, valid as of 13.09.2024..

Proof of age with photo (passport, ID card...) is required in order to benefit from any reduced prices (children, young persons & senior citizens). If the age selected in the online shop or when booking does not correspond to the person's actual age/year of birth, the price level will be rebooked for the applicable age or, if no proof of age is provided, the full actual price will be charged. A retrospective refund will no longer be possible

Cancellation Policy

If a ski or snowboard course / private lesson / rental / lift pass & activity is canceled up to 14 days before the start, a general processing fee of EUR 30.00 per booking/order will be charged.

If you cancel 13 to 5 days before the start, a cancellation fee of 50% of the respective course price (minimum EUR 40.00) will be charged for further activities / rental & lift passes, a general processing fee of EUR 40.00 per booking/order.

In the event of a cancellation from 4 days before the start, a cancellation fee of 100% of the respective course price (minimum EUR 70.00) for further activities / rental & lift passes a general processing fee of EUR 70.00 per booking/order will be charged.

In the case of a booking with cancellation protection of EUR 5.00 per participant (private courses per day), there are no fees if the cancellation is made by 1 p.m. at the latest - 2 days before the start of the course/service.

Important Information for Your Ski Course/Private Course Order

If the group falls to to fewer than 4 participants for the 4-hour group course and to fewer than 3 participants for the 2-hour group course, we reserve the right to combine them or to reduce the number of teaching hours.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel course times and course units that are not feasible for whatever reason. In the event of a cancellation, unused units will be reimbursed (the difference).

Multiple changes in teachers are possible due to the flexible way things are organised.

Start times for group & private courses cannot be 100% guaranteed.

The units of the group ski courses usually take place from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and/or from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. (2 or 4 units depending on the type of course booked)

In general, desired course times for private courses can be noted, but cannot be 100% guaranteed due to the dynamic course planning shortly before the start. (Failures of teachers, levels, language, etc.).
However, we will do our utmost to consider every customer request, so that at least the start times will be in the desired half of the day.

We do not accept any liability for accidents that occur during or before ski lessons. It is the responsibility of the course participants to take out accident and liability insurance.

Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) will not be compensated. Private courses are held in all weather conditions. Course tickets are non-transferable! Days of the course that are not used expire!

To be able to take part in the courses, you must have a valid ski pass so that you can use the gondola lifts, lifts and slopes.

Important Information for Your Ski pass Order

The use of the lifts is not included in the ski course fee.
The ski school does not provide compensation for lessons that cannot take place due to cable car and lift failures.
No compensation is provided for lost ski passes. Once issued, ski passes cannot be exchanged or transferred to other people! Any abuse of this rule will result in the pass being revoked.
Please understand that it is only possible to issue ski passes with discounts for children, young people and senior citizens if a valid photo ID is provided which shows the date of birth!

The ski passes are sold in the name and for the account of Schiregion Hochoetz Erschließungs GmbH & CoKG, Angerweg 13, 6433 Oetz, Austria

Important Information for Your Rental Order

Each renter is responsible for properly returning the equipment and is liable for this up to the amount of the sales value of the loaned product.

Insurance for Rental Equipment
There is also the option of taking out insurance for breakage and theft of rental equipment. (10% of the normal price of the equipment in question)
Our insurance grants 100% coverage in the event that equipment is broken or stolen. If no insurance is taken out, the current value of the equipment must be paid in the event of breakage or theft! Normally, your private liability insurance does not cover rental equipment. Please contact your insurance company in good time to find out about this!

Content of the Website

Malisport & the MALI ski school (hereinafter referred to as "Author") do not assume any liability for the quality of the information provided or for it being correct, complete or up to date. Claims for liability against the Author relating to damage of a tangible or non-tangible nature caused by the use or non-use of any information, or through the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are excluded, except in the case of demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on the part of the Author.

All offers are subject to change and are non-binding. The Author expressly reserves the right to alter, add to or delete sections of the website or the entire offering without prior notice, or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

Payment and Reservations

Payments in the booking portal
Credit card payments made to the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain in which you enter and process your payment is the property of TREKKSOFT and is operated by TREKKSOFT.

Reservations without payment in the booking portal or by email/phone

A deposit of EUR 50.00 per reservation is due. This can be sent to our IBAN account: AT35 2050 2000 0088 2704, stating the reservation/booking number – and without incurring any charges for the beneficiary.
We are also happy to send a payment link for the deposit, so the payment can be done conveniently online --> Just send an email to info@malisport.at and we will send you the link
The final payment can then be made on site, but we only accept cash payments on site! (Exceptions for lift passes) – The remaining amount can be transferred to our account no later than 1 week before arrival, or we can send you a new payment link if necessary.

Place of Jurisdiction, Place of Performance and Choice of Law

The place of performance is the central establishment (Oetz) of the ski school/ski rental. For disputes, the court having jurisdiction at the location of the central establishment of the ski school/ski rental (Silz District Court) has jurisdiction. Austrian law shall apply. The contract language is German.
